1 Sep 2011. When I do that, Backup Assistant reappears on the phone. It will not allow my info to sync b/c it says the phone # has changed and the PIN is.
Select Backup Assistant. Enter the appropriate PIN then select Submit. Note If the PIN is incorrectly entered 3 times, the account will be locked for 15 minutes.
Since I got my Droid X on opening day, Backup Assistant has not worked properly. I believe it was because I set up a PIN, then when they were doing.. to factory reset my phone just to remove the error ("fix the problem").
